Sports rehabilitation and soft tissue therapy with Joy, physiotherapy and medical acupuncture with Mo, and the instrument therapies that sit alongside both. One room, one plinth, so an assessment can turn into treatment the same hour.
A first appointment starts with the history and a physical assessment, so the hands-on work that follows is aimed at something specific. You leave with two or three exercises to do before the next session, because what happens between appointments is what makes the change hold.
Follow-up sessions open with a short review of how the week went, then move straight to treatment. Add-on therapies such as cupping, dry needling or taping are decided in the room, based on what the assessment shows.
One hour is one hour. Packages are priced down because most injuries need more than one session, and the saving belongs with you.
Prices last checked against the clinic's price list and Fresha listing on 23 August 2026. The Fresha booking page is authoritative for live availability and any promotion running that week.
If neither list quite fits, message the clinic and describe the problem in a sentence. We will tell you which session to book, and say so plainly if the answer is that you should see a GP first.
Live availability, instant confirmation and payment run through Fresha.
