This policy covers rehabjoy.com, the website of Rehab Joy Sports & Therapy Clinic, 113 Kingsway, room 01, London WC2B 6PP.
The website itself holds very little about you. It takes no bookings, holds no clinical records and runs no patient portal. Two things are collected here: website analytics, and whatever you choose to send through the contact form. Appointment booking, payment and clinical notes are handled through separate systems described further down.
Standard web analytics help us understand which pages are read and how people find the site. That covers pages viewed, approximate location at country or city level, device type and referring site. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
If you use the form on the contact page, the details you submit, meaning your name, email address, any phone number you give and your message, are sent to the clinic through Netlify Forms. They are used only to reply to you.
Form submissions are not added to a mailing list and are not shared with any third party for marketing. Please keep messages general and bring detailed medical history, scan reports and letters to your appointment, since a web form is not a secure channel for clinical information.
Enquiry messages are retained for up to twelve months so we can pick up the thread if you get back in touch, then deleted. You can ask for a message to be deleted sooner at any time.
Appointments and payments are handled by Fresha, a third-party booking platform. When you book through the link on this site you leave rehabjoy.com and enter Fresha's own service, which acts as an independent controller for the account and payment data it holds. Fresha's own privacy notice governs that data, and their terms are worth reading if you have questions about how it is stored.
Notes taken during your appointment are clinical records held separately from this website. They are kept securely, used to provide and plan your care, and retained in line with professional record-keeping requirements. They are not stored on this website and are never used for marketing.
Physiotherapy provided at the clinic is delivered by Mo Wong, HCPC registration PH129236, who is subject to HCPC standards on record keeping and confidentiality.
This site uses essential cookies for basic functioning and analytics cookies to measure traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. The map on the contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap, which will receive your IP address when that page loads.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Because the website holds so little, most requests relate either to a contact form message or to your clinical records.
To make a request, use the contact page. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how a request has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Any material change to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of the page. Please check back if you want to be sure of the current version.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page, or raised in person at 113 Kingsway, room 01, London WC2B 6PP.
